This acquisition is applicable to the following: NSN 4920-01-459-8016RN; P/N 9830-0049; Noun: MC2000 Test Stand. This study will be performed as a part of the Integrated Drive Generator Project at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This study will provide technical support and engineering evaluation of MC2000 test stand during user Constant Speed Drive (CSD) testing at Tinker AFB. The purpose of this effort is to test and analyze the MC2000 test stand with the assistance of the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) for the MC-2000 (AAI Inc.) in conjunction with the CSD OEM (Hamilton Sundstrand). The contractor will participate in all dynamic testing of the CSD on the MC-2000 test stand. Provide engineering and technical analysis from the collected data. Make any necessary adjustments to the MC-2000 test stand. Over the past two years the E-3 CSD has experienced an increase in the number of QDR?s (Quality Deficiency Reports) generated from the end user. These QDR?s stem from a loss of charge pressure phenomenon experienced when the CSD is tested on the wing test stand (MC-2000). This phenomenon cannot be duplicated at the overhaul facility. AAI Corp. is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for this item and the data rights are proprietary to AAI. Authority is 10 USC 2304 (C)(1). The NAICS Code assigned to this project is 541330. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. See Note 22.*****mmmm
