- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This requirement is set aside for small businesses only. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ F2U3516097A100. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. This procurement is being issued as 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 335999 and the size standard of 500 employees applies to this procurement. The requirement is to purchase, install, Plasma TVs at Luke AFB, AZ. The line items description is: CLIN 0001 ? 4 each Samsung #SPR4232-7034719, 42 inch, digital cable ready plasma including HDMI and PC inputs, built in 4 speaker sound system, built in NTSC/ATSC tuner, high resolution (852 x 480) plasma panel, 16:9 aspect ratio, 10,000:1 contrast ratio and 175 degree viewing angle; CLIN 0002 ? 4 each Bracket, Flat Wall, Sanus #S984866, with no allowance for any movement, tile or articulation; CLIN 0003 ? 4 each MHT Custom #7179821 RGB cable for each TV, mounting, connection and calibration. This requirement is for delivery FOB Destination to Bldg 156, Luke Air Force Base, Arizona 85309. Please include the proposed completion time.
