- Description: Services Non-Personal: Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, parts, materials, equipment, transportation and incidentals as necessary to travel to Tinker AFB OK, to troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade a Sheffield ID/OD gage. A service contract is contemplated. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small or small and disadvantaged business concerns. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered. The period of performance is one basic year with performance beginning on or before 14 June 2006 through 13 June 2007. It should be noted that all contractors are required to be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database prior to award. ORCA is an e-Government initiative that was designed by the Integrated Acquisition Environment (IAE) to replace the paper based Representations and Certifications (Reps and Certs) process. Firms interested in architect-engineer or service contracts with the Federal government must have their Representations and Certifications on file with ORCA.
