Description
The purpose of this synopsis is to announce that the aggregate ceiling amount will be increased for the five FedSource Project Support Services contracts by $140 Million, from $700 Million to $840 Million. The five contractors and contract numbers are: Express Services, Inc. (Tpd-03-C-0001); IAP World Services (Tpd-03-C-0002); Kelly Services, Inc. (Tpd-03-C-0003); TSI Corp. (Tpd-03-C-0004); and, Westaff (USA), Inc. (Tpd-03-C-0005.) The period of performance will remain unchanged (October 1, 2002 through September 30, 2007). The purpose of this increase is to provide continuity of contracting support services for FedSource, and their customer agencies, until the award of follow-on contracts. The contracting approach for the follow-on acquisition is described in the multiple pre-solicitation synopses currently posted under solicitation numbers BPD-06-R-0015 through BPD-06-R-0026. The anticipated award dates for these follow-on acquisitions are in the First and Second Quarters of FY07.
