Description

Demolish the existing final paint line and install a new wash, pretreatment, and paint center (WPPC) for the Expeditionary Fighting Vehicle (EFV) to be produced at Joint Systems Manufacturing Center (JSMC), Lima, Ohio in accordance with Purchase Description DSCR-FAPBB-06-40-1006. This requirement is unrestricted. The award will be made as a firm fixed price contract. The required completion date is 325 calendar days after contract award. All requests for a copy of the solicitation package must be submitted to Defense Supply Center Richmond, ATTN: DSCR-FAPBA/PAP1H55/Darlene Smith, 8000 Jefferson Davis Highway, Richmond, VA 23297-5372, tel. (804) 279-4987, fax (804) 279-5948, email Darlene.Smith@dla.mil. A site visit is scheduled to be held at JSMC in Lima, Ohio on Tuesday, May 23, 2006. All interested parties are encouraged to attend. If you wish to attend, please contact Darlene Smith to obtain clearance onto the facility. The solicitation will issue on May 11, 2006 with a closing date of June 9, 2006.
