Description

The United States Army Information Technology, E-Commerce and Commercial Contracting Center-West (ITEC4-W), Fort Huachuca, Arizona, intends to award a firm fixed-price sole source contract to Laser Shot, Incorporated, 12818 Century Drive, Stafford, T X 77477, for the procurement of Americas Army Future Soldier Trainers (FST) and Containerized Shooting Ranges (CSR). This action is necessary to meet the congressionally mandated procurement requirements as set forth in CONFERENCE REPORT ON H.R. 2863, DE PARTMENT OF DEFENSE APPROPRIATIONS ACT, 2006 -- (House of Representatives - December 18, 2005). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541512 with a size standard of $23 million. Award of the requirement shall be in accordance with FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
