Description

Grand Teton National Park seeks to award a "Best Value" procurement for the installation of 1800 ft of 4" and 2" HDPE water line and associated service lines, hydrants, valves and pumpouts. The project, which serves an employee housing area, also includes constructing a new well house, associated water treatment equipment, and a new well pump. The project will be set-aside for qualified HUBZone firms under NAICS code 237110. Water line work is envisioned to take place between September 15 and November 15, 2006 with pump house to be completed by the Spring of 2007. The project is complicated by construction taking place in challenging environmental conditions and the high cost of construction in Teton County, WY. All firms interested in this project should fully investigate these challenges.
