Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 1. TROUSERS, BLUE, DISTINCTIVE, TUSAB FFP, 54 Pair, Trousers, Distinctive, TUSAB, Man's Enlisted, Army Blue Shade 151. Use of the material approved by US Army Soldier and Biological Chemical Command, Soldier Systems Center, Textile Technology Team; Cloth, Raeford 645-151, 55% Dacron/45% Wool, 16.5/17oz 2 ply material; approved military fabric is required. Trouser's will be manufactured in compliance with USPD S-6-68A dated 31 August 1992, Uniforms Branch Purchase Description for Trousers, Man's TUSAB. Vendor will be responsible for all measure ments of TUSAB Soldiers to ensure proper fit, at which time, sizes will be specified. Pre-Production Sample is required to ensure consistency of product with current uniforms in use by TUSAB. 2. COAT, BLUE, MAN'S, DISTINCTIVE, TUSAB FFP, 143 each, Coat Blue, Man's, Distinctive, for The US Army Band AB shade 150. Use of the material approved by US Army Soldier and Biological Chemical Command, Soldier Systems Center, Textile Technology Team; Cloth, Polyester, 55%/Wool 45%, Raeford Mi lls Range #645 is required. Coats will be manufactured in compliance with USPD S-4-68C DATED 31 Aug 92, Uniforms Branch Purchase Description for Coats, Man's TUSAB. Pre-Production sample is required and has been approved by Commander of TUSAB. Vendor wi ll be responsible for all measurements of TUSAB Soldiers to ensure proper fit, at which time, sizes will be specified. 3. COAT, BLUE, WOMAN'S, DISTINCTIVE, TUSAB FFP, 50 each, Coat Blue, Woman's, Distinctive, for The US Army Band AB shade 150. Use of the material approved by US Army Soldier and Biological Chemical Command, Soldier Systems Center, Textile Technology Team; Cloth, Polyester, 55%/Wool 45%, Raeford Mi lls Range #645 is required. Coats will be manufactured in compliance with USPD S-02-91 DATED 31 Aug 92, Uniforms Branch Purchase Description for Coats, Woman's TUSAB. Pre-Production sample is required and has been approved by Commander of TUSAB. Vendor will be responsible for all measurements of TUSAB Soldiers to ensure proper fit, at which time, sizes will be specified. 4. COAT, WHITE, MAN'S DISTINCTIVE, TUSAB FFP, 1 each, Coat White, Man's, Distinctive, for The US Army Band. Use of the material approved by US Army Soldier and Biological Chemical Command, Soldier Systems Center, Textile Technology Team; Cloth, Polyester, 100%, Raeford Mills Range #6248 is requ ired. Coats will be manufactured in compliance with USPD S-4-68C DATED 31 Aug 92, Uniforms Branch Purchase Description for Coats, Man's TUSAB. Pre-Production sample is required and has been approved by Commander of TUSAB. Vendor will be responsible for all measurements of TUSAB Soldiers to ensure proper fit, at which time, sizes will be specified. 5. SKIRT, LONG, BLUE, DISTINCTIVE, TUSAB FFP, 10 each, Skirt, Distinctive, TUSAB, Woman's Enlisted, Army Blue Shade 151. Use of the material approved by US Army Soldier and Biological Chemical Command, Soldier Systems Center, Textile Technology Team; Cloth, Polyester 55%/ Wool 45%; 8 - 8 1/2 oz tropical weave Raeford Range 571 is required. Skirts will be manufactured based on a sample skirt to be provided to the vendor. Vendor will be responsible for all measurements of TUSAB Soldiers for proper fitting, at which time, sizes will be specified. P re-Production Sample is required to ensure consistency of product with current uniforms in use by TUSAB. 6. SLACKS, WOMAN'S DISTINCTIVE, TUSAB FFP, 22 each, Slacks, Distinctive, Woman's Enlisted, TUSAB, Army Blue Shade 151. Use of the material approved by US Army Soldier and Biological Chemical Command, Soldier Systems Center, Textile Technology Tea m; Cloth, Raeford 645-151 55% Dacron/45%Wool, 16.5/17oz 2 ply material is required. Slacks will be manufactured in compliance with USPD S-04-91 dated 31 Aug 1992, Uniforms Branch Purchase Description for Slacks, Woman's TUSAB. Pre-Production Sample is requ ired to ensure consistency of product with current uniforms in use by TUSAB. Vendor will be provided with slacks sizes upon award of contract. This contract will be awarded with two(2) option years. Please include the cost per year per CLIN.
