THIS IS AMENDMENT 0002 TO SOLICITATION NO. W911QY-06-R-0525 More Questions and Answers to solicitation number W911QY-06-R-0525 1. Solicitation describes travel for one person. Please advise if this is in support of conference booth setup and manning the booth. 1. Travel is for only one person. All other support for booth set up/manning booth etc., will be done by government employees. 2. It is not clear if there is there a conference display booth already in existence or if one will need to be created. Please advise. 2. Display Booths already exists 3.Solicitation describes minimum of 24 hours a week. Is full time support required. 3.Only 24 hours/week is required. 4.What is the delivery method? Original hard copies and/or email? I believe it is email to you by 5:00PM, 25 May. Please confirm. 4. E-Mail 5. The estimated 24hr/week work load does not include Travel period. How we should include hours spent during Travel period. Should we assume 8 Hrs/day during each day spent under Travel and include its cost under Travel cost ? 5. Yes, plan on 8 hour per day during travel 6. Does the contractor need to have facility clearance to be eligible to submit its offer ? 6.
