Description: The Carl T. Hayden VA Medical Center is intending to award sole source pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 to Accu-Chart Plus Health Care Systems for a Wet Cadet Unit Dose Liquid Packaging Machine and a Cadet Punch Pack Robotic Unit Dose Packaging Machine as only-known equipment systems compatible with the VA-owned Robot-Rx3000 over-wrap and bulk packaging pharmaceutical dispensing equipment. This is an urgent requirement and award is expected on or about May 31, 2006. Numbered Note 22.
