Description

The U.S. Geological Survey, Woods Hole, MA 02543-1598, intends to award a noncompetitive award via written request for quatation Number 06ER38-NoSolicitation to Chandler Engineering, 2001 N. Indian Wood Ave, Broken Arrow, OK 74012-1163, NAICS 334516, for the replacement of two(2) each Continuous Flow Metering Pumps with a pneumatic valve system capable of switching between open and closed states without changing the fluid volume within the valve and combines the valve assembly with a duel-cylinder, computer controlled pumping system and the Upgrade for Pumpworks Software. This notice is for INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. No RFQ will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals but interested parties may identify their interest and capability and respond to the requirement to the Contracting Officer no later than the identified response date. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 for the proposed contract.
