- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-09. This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for small business. The NAICS code for this requirement is 337214. The size standard is 500 employees. The Center for Domestic Preparedness has a requirement for FURNITURE. Items are as follows: (Brand Name or Equal) 1. Delivery should be within 30 days after receipt of order. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Inquiries and information received after the established deadline shall not be considered for this particular acquisition. Pursuant to the Brand Name or Equal clause; the offeror must provide descriptive literature of item being offered. Equal will be evaluated based on the information furnished by the offeror.
