This item is rest ricted to Lord Corporation, Erie, PA, Cage Code:76005 and Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, Stratford, CT, Cage Code: 78286. FOB origin with delivery 5,013 each to New Cumberland,PA. Required delivery with First Article Testing (FAT) is 5,013 each 402 Days Af ter Contract Award. First Article Test Report (FATR)is due 258 DACA. Required delivery without FAT is 5,013 each 270 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. This acquisition contains data which is considered Critical Technology and has been restricted for release outside the United States. This information cannot be released outside the United States w ithout prior approval of the Government.This Acquisition contains Technical Data whose Export is restricted by the arms Export Control Act (title 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ)or the Export Administration Act (title 50,USC.,APP 2401-2402)Executive order 121470 .This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government.
