Description: This is a notice of intent to contract with Robertson Aviation at 800 W. Carver Road, Suite 101, Tempe, AZ 85284-5264 on an other than full and open competitive basis for the fabrication and delivery of Robertson Guardian V-22 Mission Auxiliary Fuel Tanks, Rapid Ground Refueling Kits and accessory parts (for use in MV-22 and CV-22 aircraft). The effort will be procured pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, ?Only One Responsible Source? and the resultant contract will be awarded as firm-fixed priced. Robertson Aviation is the original manufacturer of the required parts and has been determined to be the only source that offers flight-qualified parts, thus ensuring compatibility with existing interfaces. The estimated period of performance for this requirement will include a base year and one option year.
