- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command, Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAVAIR WD), China Lake, CA intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to include the requirements listed below. This procurement is for several circuit board components that make up the Threat Signal Processor-In-The-Loop-Simulator (T-SPIL). This requirement consists of approximately 205 different components. Individual components will be specified in the request for proposal. The components are listed by Brand Name and part number as it is impractical to develop specifications for each individual component. Anyone proposing an alternate part number/manufacturer is required to clearly demonstrate that the substitute is equal to the specified part number/manufacturer. This competitive procurement is processed under the simplified acquisition procedures at FAR Part 12 and 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The solicitation will be posted on the Navy Electronic CommerceOnline website at http://www.neco.navy.mil and the FEDBIZOPPS website at http://www.fbo.gov/ on or about 1 June 2006. Award is anticipated on or about 1 July 2006. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
