Description

Travis AFB is seeking sources to Repair roofs Bldg 893 and 894 - Scope of work for 894 Power wash the entire roof surface, Install coating and fabric at all expansion joints and possible leak sources; Install base layer of coating, Install top coat of coating (this may take two applications to achieve proper coverage); Coating will be ?cool roof white?; Remove and install new rake end fascia and paint; Install rake flashing (currently is missing) Replacement of wood access landing, ramp and stair: Install temporary caution tape at door entry and barricade; Remove and legally dispose of the existing landing, stair and ramp; Save hand rails for reinstallation; Install new landing, stair and ramp to match existing, Paint new landing, stair and ramp too match existing; The 4X posts that are holding the roof will be reused and painted; Reinstall metal handrails and paint; All new fasteners and clips and wood pressure treated wood will be used. A site visit can be schedule, tentative date for the site visit is 20 Jun 06. Also similar work on Bldg 893. Please contact Ms Cora L.
