ROCKWELL COLLINS DISPLAY SYSTEMS DRAWING PC74051-3, REVISION K, DATED 10 MAR 93 P/N 0102-0015. APPROVED SOURCE: CENTROID INC P/N PC74051-3 CONTRACTOR FIRST ARTICLE AND GOVERNMENT FIT CHECK REQUIRED. FIRST ARTICLE SAMPLE SIZE IS ONE. CONFIGURATION CONTROL APPLIES. Required quantity is 164 each plus a 100 percent option. FOB Destination with inspection and acceptance at origin, sampling for inspection & testing shall be IAW ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2003, any defective item discovered after shipment may be cause for rejection of the entire contract quantity. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, on the basis of other than full and open competition procedures. The NSN is 6130-01-308-7643, 120-day delivery of first article test report, delivery of power supplies 340 days. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are NOT available at DSCR. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
