Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is CT1785-06. The solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-09. The North American Industry Classification System (NAIC) code is 3141293 and small business size standard is 500. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc. intends to enter into a firm-fixed-price, Requirements type contract for delivery to FCI Miami, FL. The period of performance shall be three (3) years from date of award. The product is a commercial item; sheeting. The total estimated contract quantity requested is FAB1418 - 50,000 yards, and FAB5700 - 75,000 yards. The DELIVERY ORDER MINIMUM Quantity per line item is 10,000 yards. The DELIVERY ORDER MAXIMUM Quantity per line item is 50,000 yards. Delivery shall be FOB Destination. DELIVERY SHALL BE 45 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF DELIVERY ORDER (ARO).
