- Description
- The General Services Administration seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 8,395 rentable square feet in College Station, Texas or Bryan, Texas within the following designated area: The boundaries are within the City Limits of Bryan, Texas and College Station, Texas. The space should yield at least 7,300 contiguous ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The proposed lease is for 1 year firm, and should be fully serviced, including all services supplies, utilities, and tenant improvements which will be provided in consideration of rental to be paid, and must yield sufficient parking for employees and visitors. GSA requires a minimum of 20 surface parking spaces. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than October 1, 2006. Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing no later than June 21, 2006, and should include the following information: street address and building name, if applicable; square footage offered, name, address and phone number of individual to be contacted; and evidence of authority to represent the owner.
