Description
The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing approximately 13,495 Rentable Square Feet of space to yield 11,735 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet of space. Occupancy date November 15 2007, or sooner, if possible. Lease term: 10 years, 5 years firm. Space must be located in the following delineated area: North Boundary: East on Highway 72 (University Drive) to Highway 231 (Memorial Parkway N.). Exclude the north side of Highway 72 (University Drive) and the west side of Highway 231 (Memorial Parkway North). Travel north on the Memorial Parkway access road to Oakwood Avenue. Turn right onto Oakwood Avenue. Travel east on Oakwood Avenue to Andrew Jackson Way. Exclude the north side of Oakwood Avenue. East Boundary: Turn right onto Andrew Jackson Way. Travel south on Andrew Jackson Way until it becomes California Street. Exclude the east side of Andrew Jackson Way/California Street. Continue on California Street to the Intersection of California and Governor?s Drive (Highway 431). South Boundary: Turn right onto Governor?s Drive traveling west. Exclude the south side of Governor?s Drive. Continue on Governor?s Drive to Memorial Parkway South. Go right on Memorial Parkway South access road traveling north. Turn right onto Clinton Avenue then left onto Woodson Street. Take Woodson Street to Holmes Avenue and turn left onto Holmes traveling west. Exclude the south side of Holmes Avenue. Travel west on Holmes Avenue to Sparkman Drive. Turn left onto Sparkman Drive traveling south. Exclude the east side of Sparkman Drive. Turn right onto Technology Drive traveling west. Exclude the South side of Technology Drive. Turn left on Wynn Drive traveling south to Old Madison Pike. Turn right onto Old Madison Pike traveling west to Jan Davis Drive. Exclude the South side of Old Madison Pike to Research Park Blvd. West Boundary: Turn right onto Jan Davis Drive traveling north to Explorer Blvd. Turn left onto Explorer Blvd. traveling west and right onto Moquin Drive traveling north. Turn left on Discovery Drive NW to Explorer Blvd. Travel north to Enterprise Way and turn right. Turn left onto Rim Village Drive. Turn right onto Mainline Way Blvd. traveling to West Park Loop and turn left. Travel on West Park Loop to Mainline Way Blvd. and turn left. Take Mainline Way Blvd. to Highway 72 (University Drive) to the point to beginning. Unique Requirements: Space offered must be in the same building and contiguous. The Government requires a fully serviced lease with adequate available employee and visitor parking for 59 personnel. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. We plan to schedule your appointment for June 27, 2006.
