Description

Provide ambulance service coverage for trips authorized for VA beneficiaries originating at the Savannah Primary Clinic, Savannah, Georgia, or within Chatham and Jasper Counties for the period of 8/1/06 - 7/31/07, 7 days per week, 24 hours per day, all in accordance with terms, conditions, provisions and schedule of this solicitation with (4)1 year option renewals. Trips may include transport to the VAMCs in Charleston, SC, Augusta and Dublin, GA. This acquisition is unrestricted. NAICS 621910. This solicitation will be issued o/a 6/13/06 and quotes are due June 29, 2006. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. It is now a requirement that all contractors be registered with CCR. Solicitation is available at the following website: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov/solicitation?number=247-0234-06. No paper copies will be available.
