- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The proposed contract is set-aside 100% for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 212319, size standard is 500. RFQs should be quoted in accordance with the following: CLIN 0001; 953 Ton LF 31/6P-Decorative Rock.
