Terms: NET 30 Mfr: Any The following clauses (current through FAC 2005-7, and DFARS Change Notice 20051209) are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors; 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items; 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items; 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions ? Commercial Items; and 52-212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders ? Commercial Items; DFARS 252.212-7000, and DFARS 252.211-7003 (Item Identification and Valuation). In accordance with Clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be price and price related factors. IAW FAR 52.212-3, Reps/Certs should be completed on-line at www.bpn.gov. Oral procedures will be used for this solicitation. PURCHASE DESCRIPTION For Aqueous Cleaning System 1.1 Design: The Aqueous Cleaning System shall be a cleaning/de-fluxing system with computer control under the most current edition of a Windows operating system. The system shall be capable of cleaning printed circuit boards at various stages of the manufacturing process. 1.2 Performance: The Aqueous Cleaning System shall be capable of providing at least 12.8 ounces of Board Impact Pressure per square inch. The system shall be capable of operating with a minimum of 5 gallons of water per minute. The system shall be capable of cleaning all areas of a printed circuit board including between and under the components with a system that minimizes shadowing of components. The drying system shall be powerful and include at least a 1500 CFM blower to ensure quick and thorough drying of boards. 1.3 Operating System: The Aqueous Cleaning System shall be 'PC' computer controlled with at least a 10" LCD touch screen and a SVGA monitor. The display shall provide the operator with real time graphic information on the heater temperature, water temperature and cleanliness. The computer shall provide the capability to store parameters in memory for repetitive usage. 2.0 Installation and Training: The Supplier shall provide installation, including necessary electrical and water connections to facilities provided at the installation site, demonstrate the specified performance of the system and provide on location training to thoroughly familiarize the user(s) with proper operation and routine maintenance. 2.1 Warranty: a. Quoted shall include a warranty of one full year, to commence at the completion of the installation. During the warranty period, supplier shall assume responsibility for any and all defects in materials, workmanship and performance. b. Supplier shall provide an extended one year warranty for a total of two years.
