Description

The Social Security Administration (SSA) requires delivery of the following item: 1999 Komatsu Mini Excavator Model # PC40R8 or equal. The excavator must meet the following specifications: 2100 Hours or Less, 4 Cylinder Diesel, 23? Excavation Bucket, 80? Dozer Blade, 55? Stick Plumbed with 3rd Valve, 350 PSI Impact Hammer, Open Cab. Item shall be delivered, FOB destination, to Social Security Administration, Operations Bldg Loading Dock, 6401 Security Blvd., Baltimore, MD, 21235-0001 45 days after award. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Award shall be a fixed-priced order and is 100% set aside for small businesses under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 423810-Construction and Mining (except Oil Well) Machinery and Equipment Merchant Wholesalers. The size standard is 100 employees.
