- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A faxed c opy of this Request for Quotes as contained herein will be provided to all requestors. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Best Value RFQ W9124B-06-T-0021 using Simplified Acquisiti on Procedures under the Test Program at Subpart 13.5. PLEASE NOTE: THIS REQUIREMENT MUST BE DELIVERED TO FORT IRWIN, CA NOT LATER THAN 07 JULY , 2006. The Government intends to award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the government based on the best value. Offers to this RFQ will be evaluated based on Availability of the requested requirement, Delivery time, Price, and Environmental, safety and energy efficiency considerations. Thi s solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2004-25. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns and is under North American Industry Classification Standards ( NAICS) code 339950, not to exceed 500 employees. Request reproduction of quantity 100 sets of Arabic Text Sign Sets. Sample set provided by customer in PowerPoint Format which consists of six signs per set requirement. 2. Arabic Text Sign Sets, Quantity 100 sets are to be reproduced to size 3 foot by 4 foot, full color, 1/8 inch Styrene Signs. 3. Twenty-five complete print sets must be completed and delivered to NTC Fort Irwin, CA no later than 07 July 2006. Completion of the remaining requested seventy-five sets will be required by the end of July 2006. 4.
