Description: The MEDCOM Europe Regional Contracting Office is in the process of preparing a solicitation for the non-personal services of 3 full-time on-site Medical Records Coders for the U.S. Hospital Landstuhl, Germany. These are Troop Care status eligible po sitions, however the Government can make no guarantee that approval will be granted. Period of Performance: 16 September 2006 - 15 September 2007, plus 4 12-month optional periods. Amounts will be allowed, on a cost-reimburseable basis, for relocation o f the contractor's employees to Germany and return to point of origin. This is a new requirement. The estimated solicitation issuance date is 10 - 20 days from today.
