- This is a synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested. Solicitation number FA4600-06-T-0036 is issued as a request for quotation. Quotes are due to the 55th Contracting Squadron no later than 12:00 PM, cst on Wednesday, 28 June 06. Quotes shall be submitted via e-mail in a Word, Excel, or PDF format to: wayne.manke@offutt.af.mil. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code and small business size standard are 517310 and $12.5M. The government intends to issue a purchase order for the items set forth below, subject to the availability of funds. NOTES: No. 1 ? This solicitation was previously issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. No. 2 - See attached solicitation for requested services, terms and conditions.
