- Space & Naval Warfare Systems Center Charleston intends to negotiate a sole-source modification to contract N65236-05-D-6853 with Northrop Grumman Defense Mission Systems, Inc. of Reston, VA. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This modification will be issued pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 as the current contractor is the only known source available to satisfy the combination of on-going service requirements while meeting critical deadlines for on-going tasks. The proposed ceiling increase of approximately $5M will be sufficient to continue this work and allow sufficient time for award of a competitive, follow-on contract.
