- I. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. II. Solicitation FA4877-06-Q-0336 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-09. (iv) This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS set-aside under NAICS code 423990 and small business size standard 500 Employees. Quotes will be evaluated on price. III. The contractor shall provide the following items: Refurbish and inspect, 49 EACH, M-ROD-35-LA-1. The MROD-35?s are used to purify water through reverse osmosis. IV. The provision at 52.212-1- Instructions to Offerors --Commercial, applies to this acquisition. 52.212-2- Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies.
