- The site visit for Fort Leonard Wood, MO for Administrative Telephone Services (ATS) will be 13 July, 2006. There can be no more than two people that can attend from each company. Send a site visit letter to Christian Caflisch at christian.caflisc h@netcom.army.mil and Barbra Woodys information below. The site visit letter must include the following: Name of your company/organization to include address Reason for visit Dates of visit Contract number (Only for existing contract) Dates on contract (Only for existing contract) Your personal information on the site visit letter must include: Name Title Organization to be visited : ( Ft Leonard Wood Ma, Directorate of Information Management) Contractors need to stop at the front gate to obtain a Visitors' Pass, show valid driver's license, proof of registration and insurance for the vehicle. If they use a rental car they will need the Rental Agreement. The center does have post maps, 8.5 x 1 1 in, We will meet at 0900 in building 3201 Lincoln Hall room 3661. After stopping at the front gate continue down Missouri Avenue, go straight through traffic the light to First Street that bears to the left, you will see 2 drive ways on the left in front of La rge brick building, take the 2nd drive, turn left towards the parking lot. There should be parking available on the left. Enter Hoge Hall building 3200 take the elevator to the 3rd floor, exit to the left continue down the hall past a 2nd elevator our offi ce is at the end of that hall (room 3649) the meeting will be around the corner in room 3661. The first wing is bldg 3200 Hoge Hall and the center wing bldg 3201, we are located inLincoln Hall. The 3rd wing is bldg 3202 (library).
