Description

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to negotiate a non-competitive purchase order with BenXL Technologies Inc. for BenXL software site license which includes one year maintenance. The Pension Administration System is comprised to automate all pensions without complex programming to support the West Point Stevens retirement plan, for the period of August 4, 2006 through August 4, 2007; at 1200 K Street Washington, DC 2005. The proposed action is for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. This notice of intent is not a request for quote. Written response to this synopsis should be received within 5 days of this announcement and should include sufficient documentation to establish capability to fulfill the requirement. Written response will be used to determine if this acquisition will be made competitive. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government.
