Description

The 325th Contracting Squadron at Tyndall AFB, FL hereby gives notice of its intention to award a sole source purchase order to Diamondback Tactical for the acquisition of Tactical Ballistic Level 4 Body Amour items to include: (1) Ballistic Collars (LTA-3A), (2) RBV Ballistic Yolk Panel 3A, (3) Armored Warrior, CAT NAPP AW-BSBP, (4) Armored Warrior, Torso Side Plates AW-TSP-L, (5) Armored Warrior, Ballistic Shoulder Bicep Protection AW-BSBP, (6) Armored Warrior, Ballistic Drop Leg Platform with Rifle Plate AW-BDLP. This announcement constitutes the only notice. The reference number is F4A3506150A100. The NAICS code for this purchase is 315999 and the size standard is 500 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, the Government will consider capabilities of other interested parties if received no later than 31 July 06. A sole source award will be accomplished with Diamondback Tactical if no responses are received by the above date. This purchase is contingent upon the availability of funds.
