Description
PRESOLICITATION: Contractor to provide all labor, tools, equipment and materials necessary to replace 200 feet of bulkhead at U.S. Coast Guard Station Key West, Florida (Monroe County). Work includes but is not limited to a partial demolition of the existing steel sheet pile bulkhead and the construction of approximately 200 linear feet of new steel sheet pile bulkhead, new bulkhead anchoring system and concrete cap and new asphalt pavement surface. The applicable North American Industry Class System (NAICS) Code is 237990. The small business size standard is a three-year averaged annual gross receipts of $31 million. Estimated construction price range is $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. Bid, payment and performance bonds are required. Performance period is 180 calendar days. Solicitation package will be available on or about 24 July 2006 at the following web site: http://www.fedbizops.gov. All amendments and pertinent information will be available at this website.
