Description: U.S. or foreign flag tug(s) to tow as follows: Scenario One: two (2) Army tugboats in tandem; Scenario Two: one (1) floating derrick barge as further described in Box 2. Tug(s) shall have a minimum required speed of 6 knots while towing. Tugs shall have shore/floating crane support, if needed. Required to make safe speed to reach port of destination by required deadline (see change to III(e)).
