- Barksdale AFB, LA requires maintenance of washers and dryers for locations designated in the solicitation. The proposed solicitation is under NAICS 811412 with size standard at $6,500,000. This solicitation is a 100% set-aside for small businesses. Offerors must identify themselves as being a small business. If there is no offer received from a small business concern, the set-aside for small business may be dissolved and the acquisition will be open to all responsive bidders.
