Description

Replace Irrigation Control System at Royal Oaks Golf Course. The project shall include but not be limited to Providing all materials, parts, labor, and equipment to replace an irrigation control system at the Royal Oaks Golf Course. Replacement includes but is not limited to the central computer, decoders, concrete pads, installing control stations in the field and twisted pair control wiring and decoders to existing sprinkler heads. The new system should offer wireless connection between the central computer and the control modules in the field. This request for proposal will be solicited on an unrestricted basis. The project magnitude is estimated to be between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 221310 with a small business size standard of $6,500,000.00. The successful contractor will be selected using Performance Price Tradeoff (PPT) procedures, resulting in the Best Value for the Government. The solicitation will be issued electronically on the Federal Business Opportunities web page; paper copies will not be made available. Note: Any perspective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. Note: Although we are providing a link to the Interested Vendors List (IVL), please note the listing will not be used by the contracting office to notify vendors of Amendments to the solicitation. It is your responsibility to monitor the Fed Biz Ops web page for changes to the solicitation. Your use of the IVL is strictly your choice.
