Description

The work consists of constructing a site road and utilities at the Bakeoven Complex. Work includes constructing parking areas and trailer pads, disconnecting existing water, sewer and electrical and installing new water lines, sewer lines and electrical services and salvaging and relocating portions of security fences. Project price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. NAICS: 237310. Project site is located in Wasco County, Prineville District, Oregon. Estimated start work is September 28, 2006 and performance time is 60 calendar days. Bonds are required - Bid Bond: 20%; Performance Bond: 100%; and Payment Bond: 100%.
