Description: The Bureau of Labor Statistics purchased a Continuity of Operations (COOP) notification system during FY 2005 from National Notification Network LLC. The Bureau of Labor Statistics intends to issue a new sole source contract to National Notification Network LLC, 505 North Brand Blvd., Suite 700 Glendale CA with a one year base period of performance and 2 one-year options for support, updates, and enhancement services to the previously purchased notification system. This notice of intent is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement is solely within the discretion of the Government. There is no RFP notice.
