- The Department of Defense Dependent School (DoDDS) Pacific intends to issue a brand name Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order for ALTIRIS K-12 CLIENT MGMT SUITE LEVEL 1 (1,500 each). The proposed procurement is a 100% set aside for small business concerns. The Altiris Client Management Suite is the DoDDS-Pacific desktop management tool. Specific details and information will be included in the Request for Quote (RFQ) Number HE1260-06-T-2008. Delivery will be F.O.B. Destination within 30 days from effective date of award. The solicitation/RFQ will be issued and posted in the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about 17 July 2006 to close 15 days after the solicitation issue date. All responsible sources who can provide the ?brand name? may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. Responses shall include all information requested in the solicitation/RFQ. Award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 12 - Commercial Items. The Department of Defense requires all contractors to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to receive any contract award or payment. The CCR website is: http://www.ccr.gov/.
