Description: The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to enter into a Sole Source agreement, pursuant to FAR 13.106 and utilizing the Simplified Acquisition method, with Michelle Wolf for Financial Analysis Services. The intended contractor shall provide services in support of PBGC's Insurance Supervision and Compliance Department. Ms Wolf will provide financaial consulting services to evaluate companies with underfunded pension plans on an as needed basis and shall deliver detailed reports. The PBGC knows of no other Contractor with these unique qualifications and capabilities. The estimated Period of Performance will begin July 20, 1006 thru not to exceed July 19, 2007. This is a notice for intent to award a sole source contract and is NOT a request for proposals.
