The information within this notice is based on the best and most current information available to date. This information is subject to change and is not binding upon the Govern ment. Updated information will be provided in a subsequent notice or synopsis, if and when necessary. Potential HUBZone sources are encouraged to respond, if capable of providing all labor, material, equipment, supplies, testing, packing, and shipping to manufacture and provide these items for the CBPS System. The Chemical Biological Protective Shelter (CBPS) is a highly mobile, contamination free, environmentally controlled work area for forward deployed Medical Treatment teams/squads. The NAICS Code i s 314999. CLIN 0001: Mounting Strap, NSN: 5975-01-527-9713, P/N: 17-1-5526-1 provides fastening capability for the CBPS that conform primarily to specification A-A-55301. Approximately (49.00 x .75) stitching and markings are required. The associated Mounting Pla te will require CARC painting. CLIN 0002: Webbing Strap, NSN: 5340-01-523-7476, P/N: 17-2-0721-2 provides fastening capability for the CBPS Trailer that conforms primarily to specification A-A-55301. Approximately (120.00 x 1.00) stitching and markings are required. The associated Loop Fastener will require CARC painting. CLIN 0003: Webbing Strap, NSN: 5340-01-523-6550, P/N: 17-2-0719-1 provides fastening capability for the CBPS Medical Chest that conforms primarily to specification A-A-55301. Approxi mately (109.00 x 1.00) stitching and markings are required. The associated Loop Fastener and mounting plate will require CARC painting. CLIN 0004: Mounting Strap, NSN: 5975-01-493-2761, P/N: 17-1-5523-1 provides fastening capability for the CBPS that conf orms primarily to specification A-A-55301. Approximately (49.00 x .75) stitching and markings are required. The associated Mounting Plate will require CARC painting. CLIN 0005: Mounting Strap, NSN: 5975-01-493-2764, P/N: 17-1-5525-1 provides fastening c apability for the CBPS that conforms primarily to specification A-A-55301. Approximately (149.00 x .75) stitching and markings are required. The associated Mounting Plate will require CARC painting all for use on the Chemical Biological Protective Shelte r (CBPS) System. Specification A-A-55301 is available for review at http://apps.fss.gsa.gov/pub/fedspecs Information may be used to help formulate acquisition strategies, to include socioeconomic program support and to help establish commercial practices available to the Government.
