Description: The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agriculture Research Service, National Animal Disease Center, intends to negotiate solely with Applied Biosystems, Foster City, CA for the following items to be used with an Applied Biosystems 3700 DNA Analyzer with current established protocols: (1) BigDye V3.1 terminator sequencing kit, 5000 reactions, (1) POP-6 polymer for 3700, (6) POP5 polymer for 3700, and (1) POP6 polymer for 3100. Companies with demonstrated capability and financial capacity to provide such items must submit a written substantive statement outlining the companys capabilities to the Contracting Office within 15 days of publication of this notice. This is not a request for proposal nor is a solicitation available.
