Description
This amendment #1 is to (1) Edit the technical requirements and (2) Post answers to vendor's questions. ---------------------------------------------------------------- Line Item 0001 is changed FROM: "0001) Carrier chiller p/n 30ran045B-6-DT or equal. Technical requirements: 40 to 42 ton Chiller Unit capable of sustained water flow of 50GPM at 60 degrees F. Capable of operating at ambient temp of 100 degrees F while using cooling water at 80 degrees F at 40 to 60 PSI pressure. The Chiller will have a Reservoir/Expansion Tank and all necessary components (pump, air separator, suction diffuser, valves, control panel, motors, regulators, and backflow devices, etc.) ? Qty 1" TO: "0001) Carrier Chiller p/n 30ran045B-6-DT or equal. Technical requirements: 40 to 42 ton Chiller Unit capable of sustained water flow of 50GPM at 60 degrees F. Qty 1" Line Item 0002 is changed FROM: "0002) A Service Contract for the Compressor years 1-5 for parts and labor. A Service Contract for the Pump System years 1-5 for parts and labor. A Service Contract for 1 Year for Chiller Unit parts and labor. ? Qty 1" TO "0002) 1 - Complete Unit Single Pump Hydronic System Years 2-5 Parts & Carrier CCS Labor p/n 30RASP045-055-BU5, or equal, Qty 1. 2 - Start-Up with 1st year Carrier CCSA Labor - 1st unit p/n 30RA032-055-SU5, or equal, Qty 1. 3 - Compressor years 2-5 Parts & Carrier CCS Labor p/n 30RA045-055-BC5, or equal, Qty 1.? Question # 1 - Where will the Chiller Unit be located, inside or outside? Answer - The chiller we be located outdoors. Question # 2 - What is the voltage required? Answer - The requirement is for 460-3-60. Question # 3 - Can you define the scope of the service agreements for the unit? Does this include regular maintenance and repair or is just warranty and parts? Answer - The service agreement has been clarified in the above amendment. -------------------------------------------------------------
