Description

U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS 2,378 RSF OF OFFICE SPACE IN GRIFFITH, INDIANA (SFO #GS-05B-17851) REQUIREMENT: The Government?s lease is expiring and the General Services Administration is interested in leasing approximately 2,378 rentable square feet yielding approximately 2,378 usable square feet of office space. The space will be occupied by Corps of Engineers. LEASE TERM: 10 years, 7 years firm. UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: The Government is interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous. The Government requires a fully serviced lease including 14 onsite parking spaces. Prospective offers will be considered if through a cost-benefit analysis the Government determines that it is economically advantageous to move. Factors taken into account in the cost-benefit analysis are the proposed rent for a fully-serviced lease and expenses associated with moving, telecommunications, and tenant improvements. Space offered must be contiguous and have potential for an efficient layout. Space should be located in a professional office setting. All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are desired as part of the rental consideration. Subleases will not be considered. Occupancy is required on or before August 1, 2007. LOCATION: Offered properties must be located in an area bounded by the streets shown below. Offered properties which front the boundary line streets will be considered to be within the area of consideration. NORTH: I-80/I-94 SOUTH: Main Street EAST: Broad Street WEST: Indianapolis Blvd. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1) Building name and address. 2) One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered. 3) Square footage offered. 4) Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet. 5) Name, address, and telephone number of individual to be contacted. 6) Evidence of authority to represent the owner.
