Description: The purpose of this amendment is to change the period of performance date in the Statement of Work from June 2006 to November 2006 to August 1, 2006 to November 31, 2006. The proposal due date is also extended from July 24, 2006 to July 27, 2006. Proposals are due by 2:00 PM. There will be a total of 13 sessions. The training dates are: August - 7, 14, 21, 28 September - 11, 18, 25 October - 2, 16, 23, 30 November- 13, 27 This amendment will also remove the language 'attached template' in Section III. Contractor Activites Task A. Cost proposals should also be included in the proposal as a deliverable. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
