Description: JCCI/A, Baghdad, Iraq has a requirement for the training of 40 Iraqi fire fighters in light and heavy vehicle maintenance and procedures in an academy type atmosphere as outlined in the solictation package posted on the www.rebuilding-iraq.net. This is a firm-fixed price procurement for commerical service prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation. All offers must reference the RFQ number W91GXZ-06-Q-0022. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with all applicable clauses and provisions. Note the closing date for RFQ submissions is August 9, 2006/1700L (5:00pm Baghdad time).
