Description: The US Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement for Fifty(50) gOEbase Licenses for a performance support system for Human Resources, Organizational Development work. The product supports the building of internal consulting capabilities, reduces reliance on external consultants, and promotes on-going skill development to support the HR business partner role. The product is known to be available only from The Group for Organizational Effectiveness for the licenses. The USGS intends to make an award to The Group for Organizational Effectiveness unless it is contracted by any vendor who believes they can provide the same product. Vendors are invited to contact the Contracting Officer no later than 08/08/2006 with an affirmative answer at spescitani@usgs.gov.
