- The Government intends to procure on an Other than Full and Open Competition basis with Society of Trauma Nurses, 1926 Waukegan Rd Ste 1, Glenview, IL 60025-1790, for books & supplies to be used by the instructors at the Centers for Sustainment of Advanced Trauma & Readiness Skills (C-STARS) located at Baltimore, MD in support of United States Air Force School of Aerospace Medicine (USAFSAM). The requirement is for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for a 2.5 year period. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
