OFFADD: 42 CONS/LGCA 50 LeMay Plaza South Montgomery, AL 36112 SUBJECT: Office Tracker Scheduling Software DUE: 3 August 2006 POC: A1C Paul Negrido, Contract Specialist, Phone: (334) 953-3522; Fax (334) 953-3527 DESC: Air Force Legal Operations Administration at Maxwell AFB, AL is requesting information for Office Tracker Scheduling Software. This is a Request for Information (RFI) ONLY. It is not a Request for Proposal (or solicitation) or an indication a contractual commitment will exist for this requirement. THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT INTEND TO AWARD A CONTRACT ON THE BASIS OF THIS RFI OR OTHERWISE PAY FOR THE INFORMATION SOLICITED. The purpose of this market research (Source Sought Synopsis) is to determine if Office Tracker Scheduling Software is commercially available. The Office Tracker Scheduling Software sought will have the following specifications: Office Tracker Scheduling Software (300 Users) Includes: Office Tracker Contacts Manager, Office Tracker Web-Based Client, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Unlimited Users, 1 Year Office Tracker Phone Support Plan, Purchase includes upgrade to Office Tracker Version 8 when it becomes available. Firms responding to this RFI are asked to provide the following information in their initial response: company?s full name, business size, address, point of contact, and a clear indication as to whether or not they can provide the item the government is seeking. Final responses to this RFI will be due on 1600 hours (4pm), central standard time (CST), on 4 August 2006. As industry may expect to see portions of submitted information in future solicitations, portions of the response containing proprietary information should be clearly marked as such. Information submitted will not be returned to the respective respondents. Oral submissions of information are not acceptable and will not be accepted in response to this notice.
