- Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, Texas has a requirement for Blood Products Blood, Plasma, Platelet, etc. requiring emergency/contingency product support. Service must be provided 24 hours per day, 7 days a week to include holidays. This is a multiple award requirement. Payment will be made for actual requirements filled/provided by the vendor via the Government Purchase Card. Period of performance is from 01 Oct 05 through 30 Sep 06. This acquisition will be processed under Comme rcial Item Procedures. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered.
